  I always come to this location but when this manager ( Hispanic older man with ear rings) is working something is always wrong with my food today my cookies were going to fall out the box so I told the young lady they were going to fall she got upset closed the window and walked away then told me to pull forward once I got my cookies again they were all smudged in the box no way to get the cookies out

  Its hit or miss. Thanks for the "basket" of fries. Double cheeseburger "basket" cold stale disappointment. Sometimes its ok. Sometimes its terrible.

  If your ever doing delivery don’t come to this one late night they will have you drive all the way here just to tell you they aren’t taking orders

  Food is always good, service is very hit or miss, they will literally see you and go the other way. I DoorDash and this one Hispanic young man who will completely ignore you cause he’s to busy talking to the girls and appears to be acting superior to all of them, to much machismo. Had be banned from that location because I couldn’t show him my confirmed order cause I had already confirmed it with another employee and was past that point. This was a very good DoorDash spot for me. I had one DD customer that tipped really well that refused to order from this store during the week because of the staff, it was always a very large order taking 2-3 big delivery sacks to bag it, and she was less than a mile from this location, instead choosing to pay extra through DD and order from a location 4-5 miles away.

  Bad customer service...i'm on the second lane...they told me to hold on and they kept taking the other lanes order...the cars that came AFTER me!!! After they took two customers orders..I said "hellooooo" she had the nerve to tell me to hold on again....thanks when I told her NOOO! And she told me to hold on while she took other people's order. So she had no choice but to take mine very disappointed.
