- SSSanaa SerajOct 10, 20262.0Inexperienced and under trained. I ordered a J.J.B.L.T and they had brisket and bbq sauce on my sandwich (which my sandwich has none of those ingredients). So they cross contaminated someone else’s order with mine. Disappointed in this particular location although I do love jimmy johns.

Once the cashier came to the counter inquired if they are able to make veggie subs and he informed me that they only do bread and cheese sandwiches. I asked if I was allowed to add any other veggie toppings and he informed me it was not possible. I am not sure if this true, but I have never been to any sub shop that wasn’t able to accommodate someone needing a non-meat sub. It came off very unhelpful and simply not wanting to serve me. Sad to say- I won’t be back.
