  Walked into an empty lobby Stood for about 3 min with nobody around Guy came from back I guess to take a drive thru order but completely ignored me. Didn’t seem to be anyone else there so walked out

  I’ve been around long enough to know a good worker when I see one, and Emily is truly one of the best. She’s was kind, hardworking, and always willing to go the extra mile. The drive through line was long this morning, and just two girls working inside really makes you think about all these orders that they had to make. You don’t come across people like that every day. I will come back every day if they were working HAHAHA.

  I had such a lovely experience at Jamba Juice! Emily, Alejandra, and Kalen were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind, patient, and welcoming, and you could tell they truly cared about making sure everything was just right. The service was excellent, and my drink was delicious! It’s always nice to come across young people who are so polite and pleasant. Please give these three a little extra recognition because they certainly deserve it. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Emily, Alejandra, and Kalen, for making my visit such a nice one!

  I love Jamba so when I say this was a horrible experience, i mean it. I used to come here all the time with my son to get orange dream machines but that was a few months ago. I was craving a smoothie and let me tell you the service has definitely gone down since I came 2 months ago. I came through the drive-thru and it took forever just to get a smoothie. When I finally got it, it tasted sour and honestly wasn’t even worth the wait. Whoever is responsible for running this establishment needs to seriously reconsider whether they are the right person for the job. Off to smoothie king I go…

  Employee opens the store late at 7:20am cause lights and open sign are on but doors are locked and when they finally open the store so I can pick up my order, the older black male employee yells at me that the order isn’t ready, I told the male employee that he doesn’t have to yell at me and that I just have a order to pick up and he refuses to make the order and give it to me, so he continues to talk rudely to me that I can just leave. When I told him well ur store suppose to be open at 7am how am I at fault. Then he has the nerve to say have a bless day when he is being super rude to me for no reason. I always have problems with same employee and refuse to come back anymore to order from this place!! Horrible employee always gives bad customers service and refuses to make orders!!
