  I'm not a tea drinker but needed something refreshing. I had no idea what to order and Alayna was kind and patient with me. I ended up asking her to make me a drink she thought I'd enjoy. Best customer serviceand very clean establishment. Definitely a new favorite place for a cool drink!

  I've heard about this place and I finally got time to go. They have so many options and the staff is super friendly. Alayna served me and gave me a great experience. I'll definitely go back, especially with summer coming up!

  Stopped by and had such a great experience! The tea was fresh, flavorful, and there were so many options to choose from. The staff was friendly, quick, and really welcoming from the moment we walked in. The store itself was super clean and had a fun atmosphere. Definitely one of my favorite spots to grab a drink now, highly recommend if you’re in the area!

  Rude and disrespectful I have been going to this location since they opened one of the very first even attended the soft opening and every time I went there was an issue. they are not knowing about rewards or prices are changing. Im a loyal customer but today took the cake now every time they act snooty and stuck up. It’s Mothers Day today and I know they are passing out roses. I clearly see the roses sitting near the counter and not one time did I she offer. Im not the one to leave a negative review but this takes the cake They just opened up today at 11:00am I’m there with a smile and ready order for Mother’s Day morning and the cashier is rude not engaging and didn’t offer me a flower. It was not about the flower but it’s totally from the beginning to the end. I will not be going to this location any more.

  I'm always greeted and with smiles when I walk in. They give examples of what you could mix for flavors and sometimes the staff will come and make suggestions as well. I give them great respect because they have a high functioning Autistic gentleman that works with them whose family randomly will visit just to check on him and the environment and they have stayed consistent with and without him there that we can tell. That is the type of service and consistency I will continue to patronize.
