- DDDaria2 days ago5.0This is a really nice store. Great selection and staff is very polite and helpful. I went there today (Saturday) and it's not that overcrowded like most stores. I asked pharmacist to help, and she was able to assist me quickly. We also bought some candies, juice, a flowering plant and a gift bag. Had a great time!
- TMTerreneka Merrick3 days ago1.0Came to return a panini press and waffle maker, I didn't have the receipt, but I had the card I bought it with. It took 20 minutes to be told they can't confirm I bought them there. Was treated like a criminal over less than $40 worth of products. Very upsetting to experience with my child. No 100% graunteed refund here. I spend too much at H-E-B to be accused of stealing and the transactions shown are just one card. Very disheartening experience

No surprise there. 🙄 My family reunion is tomorrow and my mother is going to kill me if I show up without the one thing I was supposed to bring. In comes our HEB hero, Chloe, who worked her magic and whipped 😉 me up a beautiful cake in record time! My girl saved the day and I’m incredibly thankful for her! THANK YOU MY GIRLLLLL! I hope she receives the praise she deserves, she really was a blessing to me and my family. No store does more!
- EFErika FuentesSep 7, 20262.0I came to this HEB because it’s the closest one to me, but I didn’t like it at all When u scan on item in their app it’s says one price but when it’s time to pay its give you the original price, I told the cashier, she called the manager I guess, and she said that the price at the store was the right price, than why it’s the whole point of having an app to scan things if they are just going to do whatever they want.

She took the time to explain the Atlantic salmon fillet to me, including that it is a product of Norway, and explained the different sizes available. She also let me know they can remove the skin just by asking. She did it all with a smile and a great attitude. Thank you, Yareli, for making my experience so pleasant!
