- BMBunny M.O.MJul 10, 20265.0We love H-E-B today I was in search for a certain pie this was my second stop, but there was no one at the bakery , I was so shy but walked over to the left I believe it’s the seafood/meat department and I asked the gentleman how can I get a pie from behind the case if there’s no one there and if they were closed what time do they close I’ll come back. they said they close at 8 I said ok good to know I’ll be back , but the kind man said I may be able to help you out , he sure did help me out by getting me the pie ! Mr. Keefe I believe his name is thank you so much we love our Pie! he was so kind, the other worker teased him about making sure to wash his hands as they were cleaning up for closing, he said I’m washing my hands and changing my gloves, these guys really care about customers you can feel it . 🥧 I did not know the cheesecakes will be locked up but I will not go past 8 as to not bother but thank you !

The staff is always friendly, the parking lot is clean and the carts are always stocked. The coffee place inside and the Bahn Mi shop are both excellent as well. I only wish it were larger inside as with some of the other HEBs I've seen but it seems to still manages to have room for all the stuff I need.
