- SSSylvia2 days ago1.0Cross contamination is real..witnessing old YT lady not change gloves after serving customer, using knife on cutting board but places knife on fish that goes back in display..simply asked if she could use better sanitary services for my purchase..total attitude. Between all the cooking smells and doors open to outside elements boggles one's mind why people shop at store.

They dont carry Newman’s Own pizza or Saint Arnold root beer. That’s just the two most recent disappointments. Other HEBs carry those products so I’m lucky to have that option. I’m just really dissatisfied with this one

So I was annoyed when I couldn’t find it but a man, I didn’t get his name but he works for H-E-B, stopped to help me and was persistent in not letting me leave disgruntled. He actually showed me that the app showed cans which they do have in stock and then helped me find a different beer and bottles that I’m equally happy with. So I left impressed and happy. H-E-B rocks.

I always thought heb was known for great customer service and being one of the best companies, but this visit was disappointing. The sushi area was completely empty, including sushi, sandwiches, and onigiris. The overnight employees were also unprofessional — they were on ladders across the aisles yelling conversations at each other, throwing boxes around, and one employee gave me an unpleasant look after throwing a box near me. I also overheard employees discussing personal relationship matters loudly while customers were nearby. I expected much better customer service and professionalism from heb .
