This HEB location is one of my favorite places to buy groceries. It's always well stocked with everything I need. Their bakery, meat, produce, and seafood departments are all well kept with daily sales that you won't find anywhere else. I'd also like to mention that their Floral department is one of the best I've seen in a grocery store. They offer endless amounts of seasonal flowers and decorative arrangements for any occasion. Definitely keep this HEB in mind for your next shopping trip!

I wanted to recognize someone who was sampling Gloria’s Lemon Drop at your H-E-B store located at 2121 Farm to Market 2920 in Spring. His name was Trey, and he was absolutely fantastic. He did an amazing job promoting the product and interacting with customers. He was friendly, funny, engaging, and made every person he spoke with feel welcome. He took the time to connect with each customer individually, and his enthusiasm really stood out. Thanks to Trey, I ended up buying two bottles of Gloria’s Lemon Drop. His excellent customer service and positive attitude made my shopping experience memorable, and I wanted to make sure he received the recognition he deserves. Please pass along my appreciation to Trey and let him know he’s doing an outstanding job. Employees like him make a real difference. Keep up the great work!

I had an accident in the parking lot and dropped my eggs right after buying them. I went back inside hoping they would let me exchange them, but they refused. I understand policies exist, but with how expensive groceries are these days, replacing a $5 carton of eggs would have been a small act of customer service that would have meant a lot to my family. To make matters worse, the watermelon I bought on the same trip was completely disappointing. When we got it home and cut it open, it was mushy, slimy, and had a slight bad smell. It was clearly not fresh and had to be thrown away. I was also surprised to see salespeople walking around the store trying to sell products. That made the shopping experience feel less enjoyable. I'm not someone who usually complains, and I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable. I was just disappointed that there was no willingness to help over something so small. In today's economy, every dollar counts, and a little kindness and good customer service can make a big difference.

Always love it when I get a chance to stop at an H Eb. Grocery store and pharmacy to pick up things that you can't find Anywhere else. But south Texas and an H Eb store always claim plenty of people working that can help stereotype to the aisle. You need to go wish. We had them in more places in texas, up north, especially. And heck everywhere around the u s

Anytime I'm in town HEB gets visited for their buttered tortillas. If you walk out of HEB without a pack of their fresh warm tortillas you are doing yourself a disservice.
