- NWNeal WilsonMay 6, 20265.0HEB is always great. Their prices may be a little bit higher than Walmart, but they also carry items that Walmart doesn't have. We go here specifically for the selection of Mexican and Latin food items as well as their pot sticker dumplings in the sushi area. Their produce almost always looks good. I would like to see a little better way of displaying their fresh herbs other than just piling them in a crate in the refrigerated section, but that's just personal preference. Checkout people are always friendly and helpful. We even talked to the security guard who was helpful, going above and beyond his job to help get a riding cart to the car because I just had surgery and can't walk far. It's always a positive experience going to HEB at FM 2920 and Holzwarth Rd.

- OAOdalis AlvaradoApr 13, 20263.0I do like this H-E-B location because it has a great selection of items and they offer many weekly sales, which makes shopping here convenient and affordable. The store is usually well-stocked, and I can find everything I need in one trip. However, I do not appreciate the customer service at the self-checkout area. There have been multiple times where I’ve had to prove I have 10 items or less, which feels unnecessary and uncomfortable. I shouldn’t have to justify my item count just to use self-checkout, and it makes the experience feel inconvenient and unwelcoming. I think this could be handled in a more respectful and customer-friendly way. Customers should feel trusted and comfortable while shopping. Improving the approach at self-checkout would make a big difference in the overall experience.
