  $6 breakfast burritos! Where’s the filling! Supposed to be brisket, eggs, cheddar and potatoes! I’m eating only tortilla! What’s it with HEB greed! Come on really

  I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received today from Sultana, the cashier. We had more than 15 items in the 15-items-or-less lane, and I completely understand that we were over the limit and apologize for that. However, the way we were treated was unnecessary and extremely rude. As Sultana scanned our items, she repeatedly tossed the groceries toward my husband, who was bagging our items because there was no bagger available. On top of that, she literally snatched the coupons out of my hand instead of simply taking them from me politely. Mistakes happen, and being over the item limit was something we could have been addressed about respectfully. What was most disappointing was the attitude and lack of basic courtesy throughout the entire transaction. This is my neighborhood H-E-B, which is why this experience was especially frustrating. H-E-B advertises “Here Everything’s Better,” and I would expect the customer service to reflect that. If I wanted to be treated with this kind of attitude, I could have gone down the road to Walmart. I hope management addresses this because customers should not have to feel uncomfortable or disrespected simply for going through the checkout lane.

  If you are a women using the ladies room be aware they send male workers to maintain the restroom even if women are inside. This is disgusting a women should maintain the women’s restroom and a male should maintain the men’s restroom. Where are the boundaries now a days.

  Had a rather disappointing experience with the bakery. I placed acake order over a week ago. Whenever I came in, I hand pointed the color that I wanted the cake and showed pictures for inspiration. This is the color that I asked for versus the color I actually received. No solutions were offered besides to pick a came from the display case. So I paid full price for something that I didn’t even want, but because I didn’t come any earlier than my schedule pick up time, nobody could redo the cake. HIDEOUS.
