  Bad Managament, Don't shop here. The customer service is unacceptable. This HEB likes to push outdated products and not tell customers. Essentially the customers buy products they wont use right away and then it expires within days or weeks. I go up there to tell them about what they sold me and they "couldn't find it in the system". Their products in general just aren't good, for example the tortillas. Always mushy, torn, half size. Bad management reflects bad service.

  We love HEB. The special touches is what makes HEB the best. The bakery offerings are stellar, the sushi is fresh, and the Togo items on point.

  I never been to this branch I visited first time and I had this sweet girl who bagged my groceries so well! And also delivered great customer service. She also helped me carry my groceries out. i believe Her name is ayesha

  On June 16th 2026 when leaving the store , I looked at the security guard that was working that shift and said have a good night sir. He then looked at me and said absolutely nothing and he audaciously insisted to stair me down as if he is wanting to have a dispute. This isn’t acceptable to have a third party worker at HEB representing this company in such poor and distasteful manner. How disrespectful and immature to be such a way to someone you don’t know. You need to learn respect , gratitude and kindness. Maybe your you should be terminated or taught a reformation on your current position and evaluated for to see if your fit to keep the position you currently hold. You will go no where with your deplorable actions and reactions that you input in this world. That of your own burdens and bitterness will break you make your a small person.

  I am not familiar with the layout of HEBs so it took a long while to find things. I think the prices and quality of food selections are great. My only negative for this location was the lack of helpfulness and awareness. I felt ignored in 3 different aisles by the staff blocking the aisle. Two carts one behind the other but their bodies blocking my way. When they passed me, they turned their heads away. The cashier rang my items, seemed like she expected me to move around to bag the items myself, bagged the items and then placed one hand on her waist and waited for me to remove the items from her area to my basket myself. Maybe, that's what they are trained to do but I think she should have been more focused on clearing the space and ready for the next customer than handling it like a self-serve aisle. I went to human to be served.
