They shut down the east entrance and block it off with shopping carts at 8 pm?? I asked an employee why and he said people might steal... lol... OK....very close to filing action
- JRJohnny RossiMay 13, 20265.0I mean it's HEB. Thank God it's in Austin .. once is travel out of Texas and realize the average grocery stores! You just thank God it's in Austin and San Antonio! This is a example of how to be corporate yet never lose your family vibe or local vibe. I would say give them a nobel prize! Even their fake version of cereal is better. Fake pasta sauce or their sauce and no comparison. Everything her is better!!

She responded with attitude and seemed bothered the entire time. I also noticed her speaking arrogantly to another customer before me. The rest of the employees were very friendly and welcoming, but I did not feel welcome in the flower department. I would come back, but I would avoid that area.

Learned something new today and I will be forever thankful for the tip of grinding own beans especially the Columbian coffee. This HEB has amazing customer service! I can say this is MY HEB! Thank you for making my shopping experience a great one whether it’s curbside or in-store every time! 🤗
