- MSMegan skipperMay 11, 20262.0The floral department is very disorganized. Every time I go in for balloons or flowers, the staff seems openly frustrated and irritated with customers. It appears they may be understaffed, which I understand can be stressful, but that does not excuse being snappy, dismissive, or ignoring guests. I visited on Mother’s Day and got in what I believed was the line for flowers since employees were actively bringing more arrangements out. The woman who seemed to be in charge of the floral department ignored both me and several other customers waiting for assistance. I would recommend going to the Kroger on the other side of 99 for flowers instead. Their floral department is much larger, and the staff there is far more helpful.
- GFGabriela FariaMay 9, 20261.0I love to go with my kids to see if we get pokemon cards but lately it's been a nightmare , even workers take advantage and are 100% re selling them, they wait in front of the machine and make it so hard for the kids to even touch and try their luck. On top of workers, we have the usual adults that keeps the pokemon center machine guarded. It's so dumb at this point .
