    2026 My first ever Dutch Bros thanks to my hubby 😘 and I love it!!! So good. In like plus 20 years here and this is my first time trying it. Super fast and sweet service. I love coffee!!!

    So went for my coffee yesterday, had my sis and niece w me(they have never been here) so we went up to the walk up because I didn't want to hold the line up in drive through while they were trying to decide what they would want.(I am a regular- jz not to this location)Even a couple of other customers walked up to order and we told them to go ahead of us- we were still deciding. After those 2 customers ordered we were ready and waited at the window for service. This shorter girl w blonde hair and a blue/white hat said " You ready yet"? Mmm that was a litte rude- No- " Hi, HEllo what would you like" nothing a little nicer- that jz seemed really rude and pointless for her to say- especially when we have done everything not to hold up time or a line! Then when my niece gave her order to the girl wasn't even listening (and it was a simple order) and when she said ok so u want... she didnt even listen and got her order wrong so my niece showed her the picture then she typed it in this way, then when my sis was ordering in the middle of her order another girl(taller brunette)jz came over (like took over - again no "hey I got you- here ill help- no hi, ill take over"- nothing then got confused w her order(maybe because she isn't the one originally putting it in) and my sis had to repeat.. they wanted to hurry us but they did take quite a while to make our drinks - even a girl who ordered after us got hers.. This isn't the location I ever go to but for some reason In my recent experiences my location has been the best at customer service and drinks.. we finally got our drinks. They were all great. . But service needs to be way better!
