- KSKaleigh SAug 16, 20261.0Ordered and iced Carmel coffee cream only and a bacon wakeup wrap. Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins. Only 1 car ahead of me. Got to the speaker and there was a sign saying it was broken but they were still taking orders. If it’s broken the drive thru down because my order was botched. Get to the window finally and still have to sit and wait. Finally someone came over and asked what my order was. I repeat it. Clearly there is an issue and they don’t have my order ready. She hands me my coffee and asks again if I ordered a bacon wrap. I said yes… finally I said that if it’s not ready I don’t want it. They offered to bring it to the car but at that point it literally has been 25 mins. I declined. She still charged me for the coffee which I think is insane after the wait time and my order being incomplete. I take a sip of my coffee and it’s wrong. There is sugar in my coffee after asking for cream only and the Carmel. I can taste the sugar grains. Coffee was watery from sitting out. It’s like they gave me someone’s drink that had left. Truly awful experience.
