I have been trying to call the store for 6 times already to make sure the cold coffee isn’t from last night, because I don’t want to be poisoned. NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE. It’s not the 1st time we call or place orders. The overall is less than 0 star.

I went back through the drive-thru and returned it, expecting a fresh hot coffee. After I drove away, I realized the coffee still was not right. It appeared that instead of making a fresh cup, the employee may have just added cold water or otherwise reused the same cup. This was especially frustrating because I had a baby in the back seat who was already uncomfortable, and it felt like they assumed I would not come back because of that. I ended up parking and going inside with my baby. The staff seemed surprised to see me come in. Before I even explained everything, the employee quickly said she would be happy to provide a fresh coffee, which made it feel like they already knew what had happened. When I asked the other staff what was going on, no one said anything. This was not just poor customer service; it felt intentional and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location. Very disappointing experience.
