- TTTURCIOS Turcios2 days ago1.0I placed my order at 9:26 PM, and the app initially showed it would be ready between 9:35 PM and 9:45 PM. When I arrived at the store, the employees told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. After those 10 minutes passed, I asked again, and the employees told me it would be another 10 minutes, meaning I would have to wait until around 10:00 PM. I also saw in the app that my pizza was not placed in the oven until 9:41 PM. I am disappointed because the employees kept giving me inaccurate wait times instead of being honest about the delay. I don't understand why customers are told their order will be ready in 10–15 minutes when it actually takes more than 30 minutes for a medium pizza. If the store is behind, customers should be given accurate information instead of being asked to keep waiting.
