As of September all new young staff. Apparently its okay to use profanity among your customers. I just came in a picked up my order and a guy told me to check my order because sometimes mistakes happen. Well obviously duh, this guy was great he was going to watch the game like I was. But then some young fella behind the counter was yelling and cursing left and right. Then a young girl my daughter’s age ran out and told him he's not welcomed again because of his harassment towards their customers... excuse me young lady, I dont know what happened before I walked in the door but by the way the other young workers were yelling prior, I dont need to be entertaining any thought of driving an extra few miles to come to this location.

We were given the wrong order. The sticker on the box had our name but the pizza was not what we ordered online. My husband called them and was told by the girl if he wanted the order redone or a credit. We requested the correct order. She was very cut and dry then hung up. My husband called back to give them the benefit of doubt that she didn't hang up on purpose. He had other questions as far as what to do with the wrong order he had. What a slap on the face! Once he called back the girl didn't apologizes for hanging up and instructed him to bring the pizza back. She should have offered a delivery and an apology. That would have gone a long way and kept a customer. Instead upon arrival to pick up the pizza my husband was Not greeted and NOT given an apology. A young lady approached him with the pizza and handed it to him. No acknowledgement! Again, No apology! My husband silently waited seconds to give them an opportunity but nothing! Not a word came from the lady. Out of disappointment and dissatisfaction my husband shared his opinion/experience to a customer in line next to him to check her order before leaving as he was given the wrong order. As he was walking away to leave the employee said loud enough for everyone to hear "what an a@$%#*@". How professional! Once he was in the car the lady came out to tell him not to come back. To who ever owns this particular franchise please know that you lost a long time customer. Your staff has no understanding of customer service and using profanity in front of your customers to insult other customers does not give you a good look. They made a mistake and they couldn't acknowledge it instead the staff got emotional and made themselves feel better by banning my husband from coming back. You have cameras in the restaurant and you can review. My husband was not rude. Nor did he cause a commotion. There was absolutely no reason for this poor service or behavior from the staff. We just wanted to treat our little girls for pizza and it turned into this. The pizza is good but your service is poor. This is our personal experience/opinion at this Domino's. Do better!

OH MY GOODNESS WHERE DO I START! 🙄 My dad came back from Domino's with his pizza box WITH HIS NAME AND RECIPE ON IT!!! I saw the pizzas were the wrong order. I told my dad and he called Domino's! AND HERE IS WHERE IT ALL STARTS. A mid 20 year old answers. she is blunt and my dad has to fish for answers from her. The lady did not give us a solution but hung up abruptly on my dad. My dad had to call back, the lady was blunt and my dad had to ask for a solution. (What great customer service )My dad went back to the Domino's to exchange the pizza and get his correct order. When he did, a manager gave him the pizza and my dad told a nearby customer "make sure to check your order, I had to come back because my order was messed up". Voicing his experience!!! My dad was walking out when someone behind said "you don't have to be a (bad word)" my dad ignored it and walked out the building. My dad was driving off when he was stopped by the manager, the manager then stated that his account was taken off and banned from the Domino's system because he was harassing other customers. Domino's banned him from that location. All because my dad told another customer about his experience! Wow! I didn't know that telling someone else to check their order before they leave is harassment! My whole family loves dominoes and I can't believe that voicing your experience can get you banned from a pizza place. What a shame.
