Very disappointing experience with Domino’s. The pizza quality was terrible — the crust tasted old and poorly made, with barely any toppings on the pizza. The worst part was the excessive garlic oil. The entire pizza rim was completely drenched in garlic oil to the point it was leaking into the box. Even the bread bites box and pizza box were soaked with oil and grease. It made the food messy, unappetizing, and difficult to enjoy. Definitely not the quality I expected.

I just ordered a pizza and it got delivered cold. I called hoping to have some semblance of customer service like I'm sorry or at the worst my bad. Nope I got hug up on.....twice. If you don't like your job why the hell did you apply? 10 outta 10 do not recommend.

My husband had to be HOSPITALIZED after eating here. The hospital ran tests and found RAT FECIES in his stomach. He almost died. We have since hired a lawyer and this location has over 100 health violations and it has been confirmed that the place is invested with live rodents including rats. We are in the process of suing.

On 4/15/2026, a manager at this location physically assaulted me over a receipt. After a wrongful delivery dispute, I attempted to leave the store with my receipt as proof that a refund had been promised. The manager on duty followed me outside, approached me in a threatening manner, and forcibly snatched the receipt from my hand — making physical contact in the process. I called 911. Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded and a report was filed. The officer on scene informed me that the manager refused to show law enforcement the store surveillance footage, which prevented an arrest that night. This is not a customer service complaint. This is a documented physical altercation by a Domino’s manager against a customer on company property. I have the responding officer’s card, the incident report, and photographic evidence. I will be: ∙ Filing an additional report at the Harris County Sheriff’s Office ∙ Filing a Class C misdemeanor complaint at the Justice of the Peace court in Texas ∙ Filing a personal injury claim against the company ∙ Emailing regional management and corporate executives demanding review of the surveillance footage The fact that this manager refused to provide footage to law enforcement speaks for itself. Domino’s corporate — this is your opportunity to get ahead of this. The footage exists. I will be pursuing every available legal avenue until this is addressed.
