    the experience was disappointing. The employees and manager all seemed extremely sleepy and unresponsive. Communication was slow, and it didn’t feel like anyone was fully present or attentive. I hope the team can improve their energy and customer service moving forward.

    I placed a pizza order at 6:15- waited about 20 minutes drive to pick it up and it’s not ready? Time keeps getting pushed back. So I ask how much longer on my order- she says we haven’t even started it we’re doing the delivery first. showed her my app and she goes well it’s gonna be a minute- I ask a time frame- she says 10-15. I sat there for almost 30 minutes. So an hour for 2 pizzas and some bread bites.
