  I’m not sure what’s going on but this shift was not good at all, usually they’re food is fresh and quiet good. But this time we pull up and they literally threw the food in the microwave mainly the fries and the tinders. We literally saw them, the fries were stale and the food did taste fresh. Like I said not sure what’s happening with this shift but usually it’s good and they try but this time around no idea.

  My mother and I ordered the banana split. Both made to look different from the other. Both made sloppy. Service was mediocre. Would appreciate a smile and napkins. We were the only people in line and yet the 2 counter workers were bothered by us. The staff needs to know without customers they have no jobs! They should be approachable, professional and nice.

  Placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru to pick it up at around 2pm. The women at the window was very kind and efficient. The food was hot and tasty!! 😋

  The service at this DQ location was excellent. I ordered a Mint Oreo Blizzard with added brownie chunks, and it was perfect for this heat, really refreshing. It was also my first time trying their food, and I was pleasantly surprised. I went with the chicken strips and cheese bites, and they were actually pretty good. Definitely a solid experience overall.

  The food and service were good. We noticed on this visit and previous visits, this location seemed to be missing the one item that made DQ famous and that is the ice cream cakes. Also, some of the electric menu boards were not functioning. I don't know if this occurred prior to arrival, but if I were the operator I would be working to get my menus back online.
