The restaurant was nearly empty on a rainy afternoon, and the food line was fully stocked, yet the portions were noticeably smaller than what I typically receive at Chipotle. The employee preparing my bowl seemed new and was giving about half scoops of several ingredients, which was disappointing considering the meal still came out to around $25. One employee appeared experienced and kept things moving, but the overall customer service felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, they were out of the fajita vegetables, which was one of the main toppings my wife wanted. Not the worst experience I’ve had, but between the small portions, missing ingredients, and lackluster service, I’ll likely choose a different location next time.
