There are NO refunds given with this place. The locations can only take orders, make the food. They give you a number to call and after a 30 minute wait, I get told they are unable to refund me as well. I was told they are giving me vouchers for free food... its not free I paid for food I didn't get! This place really needs to evaluate there policy on Refunds and better relay to online customers ahead of time when there is no product to sell you.

All 3 Bowls barely had any meat & rice but was stacked with cheese and I didn’t order extra. 1 of the bowls was completely wrong and I had to wait 45 minutes past the promised time on the app. My two year old finished her bowl in about 3 minutes that’s how small it was and she was still hungry when usually she’s not able to finish it and has leftovers. This was my first and last time at this location. They skimped the food really bad and try to charge extra for “double” when you ask for more even though it’s not a double portion just simply trying to get a regular portion.

- MLMarcos LealAug 13, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience at this Chipotle today around 11:00 AM on August 13th. The employee was a female some sort of Latin ethnicity, younger, had a neck tattoo Also she had a lot of makeup on. The employee who assisted me was unnecessarily rude and had a very poor attitude throughout the interaction. I came in expecting a normal, respectful customer-service experience, but the way I was treated was completely unprofessional. I hope management reviews what happened and addresses the employee’s behavior appropriately. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel unwelcome when they’re simply trying to order food. Management should seriously look into what happened and speak with the employee about how she treats customers. I’ve been to plenty of Chipotles and have never felt as unwelcome as I did during this visit. I hope management takes this seriously because one employee with a bad attitude can absolutely ruin a customer’s experience and reflect poorly on the entire location.
