Where is area manager to see what’s going on? Went in Tuesday 4p, place is is dirty, ZERO plastic utensils to eat my $25 bowl I paid for, up charge for a little extra meat, no ICE in dispenser for drinks they’re charging us for and it’s hot outside. Place is in serious need of attention to detail and Ecosure/insepection. Bad experience. Got the new managers business card Matthew, he has some big shoes to fill. Hopefully corporate can give him the help and support he needs.

There was upwards of 10 people in line or walking in, and the staff were saying they would not make any more of the food that was out? I feel like that’s definitely losing the establishment money and bringing negative views from customers. I’d understand if it was closer to closing, but it was still busy. Multiple people ended up leaving because of lack of ingredients available.
