  I came in today (8/14) around 11am because I had a BOGO offer in the app that expires 8/16. I ordered two chicken bowls, one with extra protein. At checkout, I was told the scanner was down, so they couldn’t honor my discount. I then asked for a receipt so I could at least claim my points, but was told the receipt printer was also down. I asked to speak with the manager, who was sitting nearby, and was simply told there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed with the experience. I understand that equipment can have issues, but there should be some way to accommodate customers when the restaurant’s systems are down—especially when the issue prevents an advertised promotion from being honored.

  It was barely 8:30 and the chairs were already put up, as if it was 5 minutes to closing. The stove was already turned off, everything was broken down. They only had chicken left, no steak. Few veggies, and they weren't cooking anymore. They don't close until 10, so I'm sure a lot of customers will get turned around. Do better this is about the 3rd time this has happened at this location.

  What does it take to add more protein I pay 16 $ 4$ more for double protein and never get double protein also I got my bowl they added veggies of some sort I don’t know to my bowl witch is already annoying because now I have to pick it out !

  This place consistently has issues but one issue which wasnt major but the cashiers attitude today was ridiculous i came in for a couple drinks and a side of guac and she opened up the bottle of corona after i already paid for everything THEN explained i have to drink it here and she would not refund it… i feel like maybe something like that should be told before you pay? And then deny a refund is crazy on top of telling me theirs signs out front but upon leaving.. not a sign in sight.. im not the type to make a scene but that cashiers attitude from start to finish was unfriendly and i get it, just here for a check i guess but atleast explain some things vs telling me its the law and theirs a sign that doesnt exist out front this was at 2:28pm for anyone who works in charge there and cares a bit

  Chipotle stay rationing! I got 2 bowls for me and my brother and spent 30 for double chicken but my bowl barely has any food in it.
