- KCKarla CameroJun 9, 20261.0Been coming here for 5 years and it seems over the years it keeps getting worse. Found hair in my bowl and tried calling the store and it went to customer service. Mark was very much not helpful. He wanted to only reimburse my bowl when I asked for my order to be refunded. 2 burritos and a bowl , all chicken. He wanted me to drive or leave my coupon for later. He had me email him a copy of my receipt , I offered pics of the said hair. The inconvenience they caused me to do all the work for a refund . I asked for a supervisor and all he did was keep me on hold. Unfortunate customer service , and quality of food has disappeared. It seems I’m not the only with bad experiences. Please do better. Update : Maria , a supervisor in corporate made everything right. Finally someone that is competent

We were there at 8:30pm and they started putting chairs up inside and then cane outside practically rushing us. They do not close until 10pm. Now I understand why most patrons coming there got their food to go. Sad!
