  The staff at this location is friendly and efficient. The line moves quickly and the food is always fresh. I frequent this particular location at least twice a week and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Keep up the good work, Chipotle!

  Great location for tasty food and joyous atmosphere. The only location you can order food and receive it with a hearty sea shanty. I enjoy perusing the area and stopping by when I'm hungry and ready for some quality customer service.

  Went here mid afternoon and was told they didn't have black beans at the moment. This is literally a core item on their menu. Unfortunately I had to leave mid order and go somewhere else. There are too many food options nearby to have deal with this. Do better and you won't lose business

  Went to this location last Sunday. I believe this was the second time I’ve gotten served by CJ, one of the employees. Wanted to shout him out, because he seriously makes the vibe really awesome—his enthusiasm, friendliness, and genuine care toward the customers makes me really happy to be there.

  If I could give this location less than one star, I would. I've visited this Chipotle twice between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and keep in mind they don't close until 10:00 p.m., specifically to order a chicken quesadilla. Both times I was told that the quesadilla press had already been shut down for the evening because of the manager's decision. It wasn't broken or out of service. I was simply told the manager had instructed the staff to turn it off for the night. On my most recent visit, I arrived around 6:50 p.m. on a Saturday and was again told they couldn't make a chicken quesadilla. The only alternative offered was what amounted to a child's cheese quesadilla, which was a very disappointing substitute. This makes no sense. Customers should be able to order items from the regular menu during normal dinner hours, especially when the restaurant is still open for another three hours. Every other Chipotle I've visited keeps its equipment operating until closing and has no problem serving the full menu. This location appears to be poorly managed, and these two experiences have convinced me not to return. If you're expecting the same service and menu availability that other Chipotle locations provide, I'd recommend going somewhere else. I'd honestly rather take my chances with Taco Bell than give this Chipotle another opportunity. At least I'd know what to expect. Very disappointing.
