  It’s still an hour until they close and they have no garlic dressing for your bowl or so he said and was lazy to refill…. But ok I guess. Also didn’t give me the complementary pita bread. I just didn’t bother asking for it anymore since he seemed like he just wanted to go home.

  I was in line waiting to order when one of the employees looked at me and I told them hello and he said someone will get to you soon. I said OK. I can moving down the line and made it all the way to the register and the lady behind the register said his your order and I told her no and I said no one took my order and she said oh you have to wait in line and I said I’ve already waited in line. I made my way all the way to the register. The other employees looked in amazement that I had made it without having my order taken so then she said well, what would you want and I told her my order they worked on it and she told me next time just wait down there till somebody gets you. I understand that it was busy, but this was a very unprofessional response. I did not receive an apology from anyone on the staff when I received my order. They did not ask if it was to go or to eat there and they just gave it to me as if they were in a rush for me to get out of the way. This is the second time I’ve had cava one of the reps from a pharmaceutical company brought me this dish and I loved it so I wanted to try it on my own however I will not be back to this location

  On July 10th 2026 I experienced passive aggressive presidium from a young lady working the line. I know this because I saw how she treated everyone with her same skin tone versus mine it was different . When I asked “ her how her day is”? There was little to no comment. She is of African American decent mind you. I’m a Caucasian male and in this day and age it’s kind of old seeing it period coming from anyone. When she started to make my bowl she intended on making it differently than she made everyone else’s. Which I had to kindly correct her by asking for the greens first not the rice as cava instructs the bowls to be made. It’s Interesting she made everyone else’s with the greens first and then the rice. My company this night is of African American decent and I noticed the same thing with his bowl. Three scoops of protein. Good for him , if you’re going to give three scoops of protein , give it everyone right ? Break the rules for everyone not just a certain group of people.If you want to be a rule breaker break it all the way right? When I asked for extra rice she wants to barely put any rice on there and when I noticed she had a problem with it. she put three scoops of protein for everyone else and not mine. Only 2 scoops is nstructed by cava. That’s fine that I what I paid for , she may have thought I didn’t notice it but I did. Huh I thought it was two scoops of protein per bowl not three for me. Which I know for a fact it’s two. When she saw I picked up on her actions and thoughts she decided to leave the line and go to back. When I told the young lady that working the cash register and the young man that puts the vegetables on the bowls they both laughed like it was funny. They were of Hispanic decent at least it looked as if they were. How funny is that you have conflicting prejudice issues and you work in the service industry here Spring Texas. FYI she was the only young lady of African American decent working the line that night at around 9:20 when we came in the location that’s holds this intolerable behavior. This needs to be rectified or I will find a solution for this location through legal action and corporate’s involvement. May god bless you individuals to be better than this , and may be God bless your families.

  The food is good but the service is below average. I have been to this location serval times. At the first time, I thought it was individual issue but I continued getting consistent service in this location. The staff didn’t appear welcoming or patient. The portion of food is smaller compared to other CAVA locations. I likely won’t come back anymore.

  What a fantastic experience at Cava in Spring, Texas! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every ingredient tasted high quality, and there were so many great options to customize our meal exactly how we wanted it. What truly made our visit exceptional was Ron. She was absolutely awesome from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best dining experience possible. She checked on us at just the right times, offered great recommendations, and made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. Outstanding food paired with outstanding customer service is a winning combination. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope Ron is there again. Highly recommend Cava to anyone looking for a delicious Mediterranean meal and exceptional hospitality!
