    Went at 3:00. They had like 3 employees and most of the tables were dirty. Remember when Buffalo Wild Wings didn't suck?? Thanks, Private Equity!

    I’ve had two very disappointing experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings, both involving extremely long wait times, poor service, and lack of management accountability. Visit #1: We were seated and waited about 20 minutes without any server acknowledging us, even as other couples were seated after us and received service. We eventually decided to leave our table and place a to-go order instead. From that point, it took over an hour to receive our food. The only response we got was a quick apology, no urgency or effort to recover the situation. Visit #2: I placed an online order at 6:03 PM and was told it would be ready at 6:20 PM. I arrived at 6:30 PM, and my order was not ready. While waiting, I saw at least five customers come in after me, place orders, and receive their food before mine. In total, it took over an hour for me to receive my food. Manager Chris came to the front and asked if I was waiting on something, which was frustrating given how long I had already been there. He said he would check on my order but never came back with an update. By 6:50 PM, I had to ask for a manager again, and it still took another 10 minutes for him to bring out my food. The food quality made things worse, my chicken was undercooked and soft, and the fries were cold. When I explained everything, Chris simply said they only had one cook and handed me the bag. There was no real apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right (even though he had previously mentioned offering wings for the inconvenience, which never happened). Overall, both visits showed a consistent pattern: over an hour wait times, lack of communication, poor service, and no real customer recovery. Management, especially Chris, needs serious retraining. This location is not being run efficiently, and it shows in both service and food quality.

    Ever since they moved locations to this one this place has gone down hill tremendously, online orders are a joke says it will be done at a certain time and EVERY single time it’s done 20 min after the said time and the apprent Togo worker never knows if the food is ready or anything of the sort, when you walk in there is no host you have to wait. I’m here now and there’s 4 tables with customers and the rest empty, but they are running around like chickens with there heads cut off. It just blows mind how I terrible the service is, THEY DONT CARE PLANE AND SIMPLE. I’ve worked in customer service since I was 17 I am 28 now, do better. Maybe the management doesn’t care idk, as I type this I placed my order at 6:00 it is now 6:50 and my food was supposed to be done at 6:20……….. 🤣🤣 mind you there is only 4 tables with customers.

    Complete joke. We walked in around 6:15 and someone supposedly took our name. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked what's the holdup and they said they were getting a table ready. By the way, half the tables in the restaurant were empty. Another 10 minutes passed and someone asked who were were and we were never put on the list. I lost it and we walked out. The manager at this place needs to be replaced. Total nonsense and waste of my Friday night.
