  For the longest time I’ve told people about this place for the food quality. Went today and it took them over 30 min to get our order. Could have gone to a whole restaurant in that time. When I brought it up to staff they were very disrespectful.

  Great food and great customer service. The family and kids approve and are very happy. I didn’t like the biscuits that’s all report about this restaurant. The pricing isn’t bad at all. Family of nine and I spend about 95$ dollars and was able to take extra food home. I would recommend and definitely would reconsider coming back. Maybe in the future they will built one closer to Conroe.

  Order a Uber Eats one meal had Mac and cheese they told the driver it would be ten minutes wait. I received my order a Over an hour later and it was missing cookies and cobbler. It’s very sad that neither uber eats nor restaurant can help you.

  First time here and the staff were kind and helpful. Angel took our order and she was really nice. The food came out quickly, and honestly, the chicken was good, especially from a fast food restaurant. Will definitely stop by again when I’m in the area

  I ordered a chicken biscuit that was warm but completely soggy it clearly wasn’t fresh. The Bo-Rounds were overcooked, and the sweet tea was a total miss. It was so bad I couldn’t even finish the meal after the first few bites and ended up throwing it away. I’ll be sticking to the 99/Kuykendahl location from now on. I will say the customer service here was good and the location is very clean, but the food quality isn't up to par at all.
