Now whomever their third party delivery drivers are is unknown to me. The so called shift lead argued me down that I ordered through favor even after explaining to her I did not. I asked for it to be canceled because it was already an hr and a half late and I was about to clock out from work. She asked the staff if they knew noone knew shit. But she continued to argue me down that I ordered through favor and not through the company itself. Piss poor customer service and piss poor delivery service. She told me I was unable to get a refund after spending 22 dollars on an order until the GM showed up whenever that is. I have never experienced anything like this and staff should be aware of how to operate a store without the GM being present.

We have been through this locations drive thru on several occasions, and we choose drive thru restaurants bc of our Dog Beaux , he loves the experience and Loves his pup cup. It is usually a nice experience , but not today. The Lady manager refused to make a pup cup, not even if we paid $5 for it. Again, the only reason we went to that restaurant today…. And spent $45 on drive thru food that our boys wanted….. it’s not hard to put alittle whipped cream in a tiny cup …. She was just sooo RUDE…. I will never give another dollar to that business…. We love our Dog, he’s part of our family, and it isn’t like the place was even busy…. Only 2 cars in line ….just seems this manager could care less about her clientele…. There are so many other places in this area that love dogs and are always excited to offer the pup cups….Its a shame Bogangles doesn’t welcome our pets thru their drive thru….. southern hospitality, I think Not!!

If this is a franchise, you’re in big trouble clean environment, but horrible horrible service as I sat there for over 10 minutes waiting for a egg biscuit. Three customers left because they were forced to use self checkout.
