- SDSaved Sheep Dog7773 days ago2.0Most of the time, the ice cream, shakes, and service are excellent. Unfortunately, the last two times I visited about 30 minutes before closing, I was told I couldn't order a milkshake or smoothie. Each time there was a different reason—either the machine was broken, it was already being cleaned, or some other explanation. If milkshakes and smoothies aren't available until closing time, they should be removed from the menu during that period so customers know what to expect. I don't usually come in that late, but on the last two occasions I did, I wasn't able to order what I came for. The location is convenient, but if this continues, I'll choose to go somewhere else. I hope this issue gets resolved because I'd like to keep coming back.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
