The payment system wasn’t working, so my ice cream sat in the sun with the window open while they figured it out. By the time they handed it to me, it was already half melted and dripping everywhere. I asked for napkins, and instead of offering a fresh scoop, the employee wiped off the cup and handed it back to me without napkins. I had to ask again. By the time I got home three minutes later, it was completely melted and I couldn’t even eat it. I understand that technical issues happen, but sending a customer home with melted ice cream instead of replacing it was disappointing and showed a real lack of quality and customer service. I won’t waste my money on ice cream here again.

Unfortunately, the last two times I visited about 30 minutes before closing, I was told I couldn't order a milkshake or smoothie. Each time there was a different reason—either the machine was broken, it was already being cleaned, or some other explanation. If milkshakes and smoothies aren't available until closing time, they should be removed from the menu during that period so customers know what to expect. I don't usually come in that late, but on the last two occasions I did, I wasn't able to order what I came for. The location is convenient, but if this continues, I'll choose to go somewhere else. I hope this issue gets resolved because I'd like to keep coming back.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
