  We go to 7brew ALL the time and recently started going to this location. The staff has not been top notch like other locations we visit. Most take an order and don’t even say “hi”. Tonight they were yelling at each other about cleaning the syrups and other things. We have had incorrect drinks 3 different times now at this location. Please do better because we love 7brew!

  Alex A. provides excellent customer service! He is always very friendly, energetic, and welcoming. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and his positive attitude makes every interaction a great experience. I truly believe he is one of your best employees, and I think he deserves to be recognized for his hard work and considered for a promotion. Employees like Alex make a real difference, and I hope his dedication is appreciated! ⭐👏

  I stopped by 7 Brew this morning for my favorite drink, and once again, the experience was amazing!Everyone there is always so friendly, and my drinks are consistently made to perfection! Today, I was greeted by Makayla, who always has a beautiful smile on her face and is incredibly sweet!She truly makes every visit a great experience. Thank you, Makayla, and the entire 7 Brew team, for always providing such outstanding customer service!You guys ROCK!!! ❤️☕🌟

  I had the best experience this morning at 7Brew Spring!!! My morning couldn’t have been better, I typically visit this location every few weeks when I visit Houston and I never have had such a better experience. Kaitlyn, Kierstyn, and Andrew were amazing. They were so welcoming, made sure to engage in conversation, and made sure I had my coffee exactly how I wanted to. In such a busy environment, the manager Kaitlyn took time from her managerial duties to make my coffee personally. Andrew was very nice and I really appreciated his efforts to make conversation with my friend and I. But what started it all was Kierstyn. What a bubbly. sweet personality! Was willing to help me decide on what to order she went above and beyond and I feel like all of their hard work and customer service should be recognized. Will absolutely return. Thank you guys

  We travel the country and like coffee. Of all the coffee franchises, 7 Brew is our favorite. So my review is not for the brand but this specific location. My first visit to this location was okay despite not getting my order correct. This is not the usual at other 7 Brew locations, usually it’s perfect. This time was a significantly worse experience. Evidently the car in front of me was a coworker because one employee ran around and got in the passenger seat, and two other employees stuck their head in the driver’s window, and they chatted and chatted and chatted. I was second in line behind this colleague’s car. Eventually, one of the girls grabbed a tablet and came to take my order. It was the same order I place every time I go to 7 Brew. Eventually the employee in the passenger seat got out, the colleague, got her order and drove away. This was the longest I have ever waited having been second in line. When my order finally came, it was not made as I ordered it so I tried to explain that to the girl at the window. The music was so loud and obnoxious that we could barely hear each other. As I was explaining how I wanted the order different than I got, this employee turned, mid sentence, and complained to another employee about the choice of music coming out of the loudspeakers. I eventually got my order and was on my way, but not after a considerable lengthy wait and immense frustration.
