  This is the only WingStop I go to for the last 4 years because I live close by. In that time, I’ve had meals you expect from here, some lower-quality-than-expected meals, and very few “knock your socks off” meals. Tonight though… tonight I had a solid meal. 5/15/2026, around 7:30 PM, I placed a mobile order for the 30 for $30 classic deal, extra cook time. 10 Mango Habanero, 10 BBQ, 10 Lemon Pepper. I generally avoid the dry rubs because they never coat the wings as well as I’d like. But the crew working tonight had it down PAT. The best lemon pepper wings I’ve ever had from any WingStop ever. The food will always be consistent and reliable, it’s hard to find a truly bad WingStop. This review is for the group working this evening at this location. 5 young folks having a good time, laughing together and making the best wings I’ve ever had from any location ever.

  I'm done with this location. Every visit is frustrating, the employees obviously hate their job and the customers too, especially if you order within 3 hours of closing time. I'm tired of the "I just work here" attitude, there is no point in modifying your order to your liking or paying extra for add-ons because they serve what they want, how they want and get mad at the customer when they have to make the order again because they didn't do it right the first time. Oh and they tell me to keep the meal because they're just going to toss it anyway. That's not the point. I dont want free giveaways, I just want my meal cooked right. I never have this issue at any wing chain anywhere else. To the owner, I hope you see this and realize how much food your employees waste, and how many customers you are losing by the other reviews I've read with the same experience as mine. Your staff is incredibly rude, from the moment we call in an order to the very moment I'm ignored by 3 employees while Im calling them, tapping the counter, yelling out for their attention for something they left out on my order. Worst location ever and I will avoid this place at all cost.

  Today is Sunday, March 8, 2026 around 12:39pm Just landed in San Antonio and decided to order Wingstop for pickup since I had no groceries at home. Unfortunately the customer service on the phone was incredibly rude. I asked for fries and queso (I don’t know the menu but seriously, maybe correct me and say, “we don’t have queso but we have a cheese dip”) the employee seemed confused, put out and responded with attitude. When I politely asked for her name, her response was simply, “Why?” Then proceeded to say Chloe. I seriously thought she was joking…she wasn’t. Customer service matters. Experiences like this really make you think twice about where you spend your money.

  Everytime I go in...I see a bunch of kids with no management present (or one of the kiddos are management). Plenty of violations for a health inspector to see. And I'm only picking up for customers...
