  They made my entire order wrong, didn't include any the fries, and didn't fill up the drinks.

  Fries and nuggets are cold. Did NOT receive the sauces that I ordered. Hot a smart ass comment from the young person taking orders. Hard to give s good rating with food like this! There's another McDonald's farther out on hwy 281. I will be going there from now on.

  Had an awesome experience at McDonald’s today. I ordered a chicken biscuit meal, a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit meal, and two iced French vanilla coffees. Everything was fresh, warm, and tasted great—the biscuits were soft, the chicken was crispy, and the coffee was perfectly sweet and refreshing. What really made the visit stand out was the service. The female employee who helped me was incredibly kind, fast, and professional. She made sure everything was right and had such a positive attitude the entire time. It’s rare to see that level of care and energy—she absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion for how well she does her job. Definitely a great experience overall.

  This is the 2nd time I came to this McDonald I live near by and it disappointed AGAIN! They messed up my order, the customer service is always so rude, and the indoor play area is so filthy. I will now drive to Bulverde McDonald where they have AMAZING service and so clean. This location needs to be shut down or needs Additional training & deep clean for the whole facility.
