  1st time there with some friends who recommended the place. I had the Speedy Gonzalez plate which was good and my friends said their food was good too. Will probably go back when we're in the neighborhood again 😊

  Went there after a long meeting and ordered beef enchiladas. I got a plat full of processed cheese with three lumps of what I assume might have been beef enchiladas. I never did see any beef. Maybe some tortilla and some filling but mostly highly processed cheese. Hugely disappointing. I saw someone else's post of "best Mexican food in Bulverde". What a crock. Ay Chiwawa is miles ahead. Cannot and will not go back nor recommend.

  Looks like a nice place. However my chili reno outer coaring was so tough I could not ear it. I ate my Oakland pepper and cheese. My waitress didn't bother to check until I was ready to have my check. The plate did not have the guacamole or cheese over the spicy tomatoes sauce which was not spicy. No meat. Lol. Strawberry margaritas was okay served in a beer glass.

  "If you are looking for that classic, old-school Mexican cantina feel right here in the Texas Hill Country, Limestone is the absolute best spot. It isn’t trying to be a modern, trendy bistro—it stays true to that traditional, authentic atmosphere that makes it a true Spring Branch neighborhood gem. I love eating here! The vibe is comfortable and unpretentious, reminding me of the great Tex-Mex spots I’ve enjoyed for years. The staff is always a blast and they truly make every visit fun and welcoming. As for the food, it is consistently delicious. I highly recommend the Limestone Fajitas (the mix of steak, chicken, shrimp, and chorizo is amazing!) or the Shrimp Chimichanga if you are in the mood for seafood. Their Carne Asada and Puffy Tacos are also solid choices that never disappoint. Whether you are a local or just passing through the Hill Country, this is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates great food and a fun, old-school atmosphere. I'll definitely be back soon!"

  So the 4.3 rating does this place no justice. Ivan was our server. Very polite and checked on us multiple times. He offered us the green sauce which was to me the best one by far! A little creamy and spicy. We decided to get the steak fajitas and also added a cheese and beef enchilada. The sauce on these were great! When we got the fajitas they came out sizzling and smelled so good. Great flavor and plenty of meat for both of us. The onions and bell peppers has a nice char to them. This was a great place to eat and will definitely be back. Have to thank the cooks for doing an amazing job!
