  Same experience as Cynthia. Went through today and ordered a luxe box and classic box and got NO MEAT on the main item, then i get everything else that is in a classic box in both boxes, only upgrade was a chalupa that has tomatoes and lettuce and the bread, no meat? Really? No chips, no nacho sauce, she ONLY gave us option for a drink of Mango Tea or Sweet Tea stating ALL sodas were out, the food looked disgusting and I didn't eat anything because honestly I got a vibe, only ordered upgrade for the chips and dip and got neither. Then Juan on receipt...aka the latina female had same experience with her, was really rude, wouldn't give me extra hot sauce after multiple request to get more than 4 packets with 2 boxes of food. This was at 4:07pm for reference on 9/10/26. I always get great service in Cleveland, I was on the way back and wanted to try the new location, fail, thanks to Juan (the lady, not Juan) I will NEVER use this location again, of course I still love Taco Bell but one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a TB ever! Called customer service, waiting on a remote refund that was promised with a call back. Unless her name is Juanita, she using another employee log in because I seen other reviews mentioning same rude lady that was on both the intercom and at the window but receipt says its cashier named Juan.

  Order to $7 box and the drink that came with it the cup was a used cup that had ice cream around the edges and ice cream on top of it didn't realize it till I got it back to the house horrible drink service.

  Whoever is running this store is a joke. It says online if you order online for pick up in the drive through that when you pull up to the drive through they will start making your order. They don't. What happens is they make your order as soon as its recieved online, then they hand you a bag of old, soggy mush.

  We were Robbed at their Register(charging us $40) Employees spoke hidden and whispering away from us in Spanish!😩😭
