  They may be short staffed but whoever is answering on the headset could either hand the handset to someone with more patience or find a more polite tone. 35 minutes for 2 chili coneys is a bit excessive regardless of how many are working considering there were 2 cars in the lot when I pulled in

  Greeted by a very loud, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" We then asked if they could make a small modification to a drink and was told no. I had to ask the passenger what else they would want since the first pick wasn't an option anymore. We would've taken a few seconds then ordered. Instead he told us instantly, "press the red button when you are ready" and promptly disconnected the headset. We decided to leave instead.

  Went there about 11 this morning. 2-3 cars there. I had to hit the red button 5-8 times, finally I was told to hang on a second, 5 minutes later they took my order. Only a large tea… a car pulled in next to me, ordered and received their order, I waited another 10 minutes later for mine… nothing.

  Worst sonic app delivery experience ever. Sent the completely wrong items the first time. When I called they were cussing over the phone between the manager. Told me to take it up with door dash even though I used the sonic app. DD re orders it and they send and did not follow modify instructions had missing items and still items I never ordered. Non of which was edible due to food allergies.
