The person taking orders does speak English, but she speaks very quickly, and her voice often sounds muffled, which makes her hard to understand. As a result, I frequently have to repeat my order several times, which can be frustrating. I kindly ask if she could please slow down when speaking, as that would make a significant difference. I enjoy coming to this location and would prefer not to go somewhere else. While my daily $10 purchase may not seem like much, if other customers are experiencing the same issue, it could have a broader impact.
