She made me four different craft cocktails, and every single one was beyond amazing. Even if you’re not in the mood for Italian food, stop by for the cocktails alone and ask for Presley. She made our entire experience! 🍸✨

Gerry did a great job with our amazing drinks (I had a Tito’s gimlet not pictured) and then he put on a show with a gas-filled bubble…delightful. The pizza is NY style pizza pies (and incredibly delicious)!
- HJHugh JooAug 10, 20265.0This location is very cozy and comfortable. Great drinks, and delicious pizzas and staff! There are 3 tiers and depending the price point you choose to enjoy. The basic is all the pizzas which includes dessert pizzas. The 2nd tier adds Wagyu meatballs and the 3rd has all the previous along with Lobster bisque soup. You also get an arugula salad with a sweet lemon vinegar dressing that complements the arugula really well with all 3 options. Presley was our server and she is a true professional, attentive and keen to what you wanted. Wyatt, one of the amazing pizza gauchos was incredibly polite along with the rest of the staff. My young ladies both said this is their favorite place amd want to come here for special occasions. If you want a variety of pizzas where they come to your table to serve you like a Brazilian Steakhouse, this is a wonderful experience. Great management team and staff!

As a Brazilian and a customer of Delucca for the past four years, we are extremely, extremely disappointed with the service and food safety standards at the Southlake location. First of all, we used to order takeout pizza from Delucca at least twice a month. However, on two consecutive orders, we found a piece of plastic in our pizza. We took pictures of both incidents. Because we were so disappointed, we stopped ordering from this location for a while. Then, this past Friday 7/31, I was craving their pizza again, so my husband went to the restaurant to speak with the manager. He showed the manager the pictures and explained our concerns. We were not looking for anything other than for the restaurant to take the issue seriously and pay closer attention to food preparation so that something like this would not happen again. Unfortunately, after what happened today, we are even more disappointed. Today, Friday 8/7, we decided to dine in. We waited more than 10 minutes just for a server to come take our drink order. Then we waited another 10+ minutes for our drinks, and during that entire time, no pizza was brought to our table. Servers were constantly walking past us without checking on our table or offering pizza. On top of the poor service, we experienced a lack of basic courtesy from some of the staff. Servers were walking behind my husband and bumping into him without saying “excuse me” or “I’m sorry.” One of the people who did this was actually the manager. But the most concerning thing we witnessed was a server preparing another table and wiping/scratching the utensils with his fingers to remove what appeared to be dirt or food residue before placing them on the table. We were honestly shocked. Seeing someone handle utensils that way completely ruined our appetite and raised serious concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene and food safety practices. We have been customers for years and genuinely love Delucca’s pizza, which is why this is so disappointing. The service at this location used to be completely different. The previous Brazilian manager was much more professional, attentive, and welcoming, and we always had a much better experience. Unfortunately, based on our recent experiences, we will not be ordering takeout from or dining at the Southlake location again. Finding plastic in our food twice was already unacceptable. Seeing the lack of attention to customers and, especially, the way utensils were being handled today was the final straw. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously because this location is not providing the level of service, professionalism, and food safety that customers should expect.
