- TTTiffany TaylorAug 22, 20261.0During our visit to Del Frisco’s Grille on August 21 for my son’s birthday, we felt the service was dismissive, and it appeared to be based on our overall look. We weren’t dressed in designer clothes or the typical Southlake aesthetic, and it genuinely felt like that influenced how staff interacted with us — which is completely unacceptable.How someone is dressed does not determine their ability to pay for their meal, nor should it dictate the level of respect or attention they receive. Every guest deserves equal service, and that simply didn’t happen here. Experiences like this are exactly why Southlake gets a bad reputation. We won’t be back.

But our experience on a normal date night with Blake as our server is now going to make this our regular date night location! He turned our night into something to be remembered! Absolutely blown away at the level of service and knowledge from Blake and will be asking for his as our server every time!
