  This is the worst chipotle in the DFW area, crazily enough. You would think Southlake would have a good one. The portion sizes are always small and when I asked the manager about it, she was really rude to me. I‘ve never seen someone in the food industry act as awful as she acted. I will never come back here.

  This location has improved lately, but they still have a way to go. The chicken and steak has gotten better (bigger bites, less gristle), and the portions in the serving line are larger. I advise not to get anything from the takeout area: the meat is very small and sparse, and the portion was small compared to the serving line. Also, the tea is basically water…so weak that I don’t think it should be called tea. They need to do a better job of keeping the tables clean, too.

  Another example of a poorly managed Chipotle. Located in a great town but lacks leadership, direction and purpose. Frequently runs out of chicken. Pretty sloppy and nasty in the kitchen. What a waste of a great chipotle location. Total clown show. Try the W Southlake store as it’s not too far away.

  Very disappointing experience at the Southlake Blvd & 114 location today. There were at least 10 customers waiting for mobile and to-go orders, many of us for 20–30+ minutes, while the walk-in line continued moving. During the time we were waiting, the walk-in line turned over several times, with at least four employees serving those customers. When the app customers asked about their orders, the cashier was too busy to help and couldn't leave her station for a few seconds to get the manager. When the manager did finally come out, she gave a very frantic excuse about how she was busy cooking chicken and didn't want to make us all sick with raw chicken. Her explanation didn't make any sense because several of the delayed orders, including mine, were steak orders. Another customer who had already been waiting over 30 minutes asked if one of the employees working the front line could just make his meal, but he was told they couldn't because the order had already been paid for. The impression was that once customers prepaid through the app, they became a low priority. That's a horrible way to treat your most loyal customers... the one's who downloaded and use the app. I understand that restaurants get busy, but waiting 20–30 minutes beyond the promised pickup time with no communication and no apparent effort to address the backlog is unacceptable. Clearly this manager needs a lot more training on how to handle a rush and what good customer service looks like. Don't order from this location unless you have a lot of extra time and patience.

  I ordered ahead so I could just come and pick it up. I’m standing here 35 minutes later and they can’t get me my food. I’ve watched 30 people go through the line and get their food ahead of me. I asked if one of them could serve me since I’ve been here so long and they refused. So instead all of these people that ordered long after I did get their food while I sit here and wait. I asked 3 times for help and instead was just told I had to be patient by an angry employee. When I eventually did get my food, there was not one word of apology for the huge delay. Crazy. I will never come back here.
