The cashier was rule when i ask her question. All i ask was can i put my phone number in and she said “NO “ . She was very rude and condescending . And then at the end after paying it prompted me to put my number in . And then she just turrn the tap screen away . I just ask a normal question but i was met with an attitude

Mike in the butcher department at Central Market Southlake was fantastic. I asked him to butterfly some lobsters for me, and even though it didn’t quite work out as planned, he went above and beyond to make sure I still had a great experience. His attitude, effort, and customer service really stood out. You don’t find that kind of care very often anymore. Really appreciated it.

Curbside manager gave me attitude and then refused to give me my order. This was after she gave me the wrong order in the first place. Ain't ever coming to this location again Edit: Thank you I would much appreciate it if you did. The woman in question had attitude immediately upon realizing she had given me the wrong order. And also lied to the managers as to why she "excersized"!her authority to deny me the order I had driven all that way to pick up, saying there was an issue as to verifying that I was supposed to receive an order at all. And that I couldn't be found in the system. All of that is totally a direct and outright lie. If they couldn't find me in the system then how was she able to give me the wrong order? It was curbside pick up I'm supposed to text the number and they come out with the items. I didn't have the order number immediately handy and so I made a phone call to quick produce the number and this woman literally takes my phone out of my hand and walks away with it, and she talking about "this is my house" and doing everything she can to command that authority. Well I get my phone back and she asks me why I'm having an attitude towards her, which inwasnt, not even remotely, I was trying my best to get the correct order number so I could continue about my day. She then informed me about more of her authority and explains because I have attitude with her she is going to exercise her right to refuse to give me the order (this is after I finally produce the correct order number and am trying to give it to her. This woman was out of control and out of line. The only thing I'm certain of is the authority she had been trusted with was abused and the only person who suffered was the customer because I was there for two hours trying to get this issue resolved before I ultimately was turned away. I have always loved and highly respected her and have constantly encouraged friends and family to buy from them for years! But this interaction has made me seriously consider rethinking my position considering she literally lied to management about the reason I had been refused the order. Even the person I had on the phone told me "yeah she was giving me some pretty serious attitude" this woman is bad for business and obviously is worried only about flexing her authority as if she owns the place yet has zero consideration for the bottom-line. She wasted my time, two senior manageers time, and other customers time. I usually only leave good reviews and am a very gracious person but this woman has crossed the line and if she isn't set straight on this I will never come to this central market again. I already drive out of my way to come here anyway, I'll be damned if I'm gonna be treated like a begger off the street by curbside pickup. I'm supposed to text the parking number to them and they bring out the groceries. How did I have attitude? I barely said 2 sentences to this woman

This is the BEST Central Market that my family and I have gone to. It’s clean, organized, and friendly. It’s also very cultural, in that there are imported products sold here, and people from various cultures shop here. We love entering in on the fruits and vegetables section that boasts bright colors and freshness. We especially love the abundant variety of apples! Another favorite stop for us is the bakery, where baked goods are made fresh daily. The aroma is sensational! And, there are bread loaf samples to try. One can also have free samples over in the cheese, and cold cuts departments. There is also a meat and fish market, a bottled wine section, a deli, and a bulk foods area where there is an abundance of coffee beans, cereals, and candies to weigh and bag ourselves. I can not forget to mention the gelato counter, and the cozy indoor and outdoor eating areas! My family and I spend at least one hour at this awesome store!

I typically frequent the Plano location, but while in Southlake, I ran in to grab a few things. The store was immaculate, well-stocked and employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jay for kindly assisting me and making my mundane grocery run an impressive and memorable experience. Excellent service plus above and beyond courtesy. I'm always impressed when employees seem genuinely happy and happy to help. Will return!
