  I just hate paying for things and not getting it. I get 30 min for lunch. I drive to come get the food only not not be ready at the time expected. I still had to wait 10 mins. I paid extra for avocado, didn’t receive it. I got half meatball and half honey chicken. Looks like I paid for a kids meal. I’m just sick. Hopefully my friends order is ok. Bad experience!!!!!! You call and they don’t answer the phone. Might as well eat at McDonalds

  Smaller portions than most Cavas especially the kids meals. I stopped ordering my lunch for pick up or for delivery to ensure I get the right items and better portions of the food. I do miss the sour cream pita chips. The staff was nice but not attentive and the building is always clean.

  The portion is so small, and the dressing is only about half the expected amount. You should provide better value for what customers are paying for.

  Everything was pretty good. Biggest issue is that it's been now three times at my order has been wrong, and I've gotten the same order each time. This last time, they forgot one of the drinks, forgot all of the sauces, and put in a small container of milk which I didn't order.

  Every time I come here they always manage to mess up my online order. They are very quick with in person orders but for online they do take a bit. And then have the audacity to look mad when I let them know they completely messed up my order.
