  Great food and service!! It was my very first time to CAVA! I came with my mom! I got the Greek Salad (comes with chicken) and it was delicious! I loved that it had hummus in it and came with a piece of pitta bread! The dressing was amazing too!! She got the Strawberry Salmon Bowl. I tried the salmon and it was gooood! I was impressed and will definitely be back!

  I come into cava with some friends thinking I’m going to eat good, and they put barely any rice and lettuce in my bowl and it’s just sorry. I’m paying $14 for nothing besides meat basically. It’s just a sorry bowl!

  First time going to CAVA and I was not impressed at all with the service. With the way everyone hypes this business up you would think they would have excellent customer service. I understand when it’s busy that it’s going to take a while to get through the customers. But there’s absolutely no reason to rush a customer through their order. The food is wonderful just not the service.

  A worker by the name of Elizabeth was very rude. I was ordering food and asked for extra rice. The server who was serving me said that will be extra. I said that is fine. When I made it to the meat choices I asked for just a little extra chicken and Elizabeth came out of no where and said was a serious face that will be extra. I told her I understand and the other person already let me know anything extra I will have to pay extra. But one thing I didn’t understand usually it’s up two spoons of chicken spread out this lady serving chicken only put one spoon and I thought that was it so I asked for more chicken. Elizabeth didn’t even bother checking how much was put in or how the plate look so empty she just heard me say it and wanted to only charge extra the entire time. I feel I was ripped off for no reason and paid 24.30 for one bowl and a drink. Poor customer service by Elizabeth I didn’t even want to bring it to her attention with her could care less attitude. I’m sure if she was in my shoes she would never pay that much more than we are suppose to get for the amount we pay,

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Elizabeth made my visit to Cava exceptional! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful — walking me through the menu options and making great suggestions. You can tell she takes real pride in her work. It's rare to find someone who brings that kind of positive energy to every interaction. Elizabeth is the reason I'll be coming back. Give this woman a raise!
