  This is one of the worst run Whataburgers in Texas. I went twice this weekend. Two breakfast tacos in the drive thru with 1-2 customers in the store? 30 mins. So the next time on my way out of town, I order 3 kids meals 20 mins early, and then wait an additional 10 mins after the taco debacle. There is no one in line, not busy at all, and when I arrive it hasn’t even been dropped and I’m told “10 more minutes at least”. Then the cashier tells me they cannot see online orders ahead of time, which is either a straight up lie to my face or he’s completely incompetent at his job. It’s really quite infuriating when it’s somehow my fault. The management and ownership should be ashamed.

  Went in early this morning at 6, to get a SENIOR coffee. And the girl behind the counter said, "well, you have to BUY a slice of toast to get a SENIOR coffee" .... WHAT ????!!!!!!! I said, every whataburger I've been to, including Port Isabel, always gives SENIORS a free coffee. I walked out for a few minutes and went back inside. I asked for her REGIONAL MANAGER 's #, and she said I would have to do my research, and find out for myself !!! And then I said, you give free coffee to Veterans, and I'm all a Veteran. She said "oh, why didn't you tell me that" ??? Go ahead and get you some coffee... UNBELIEVABLE !!! I think this sounds like DISCRIMINATION Can't wait to hear your response..... And I WON'T BE BACK

  We had a genuinely strange and weird experience at this whataburger. The line was around the building and it took us about an hour to get through, order our food, and receive it. When ordering they seemed confused i had to repeat my order like 4 or 5 times to the person and they still managed to get my order wrong??? more on that later… we get to the window and they hand us our drinks without tops. apparently they ran out of lids?? how do you run out of lids?? we ordered sprites and it straight up tasted like sparking water. no syrup at all in our sprite. then we pull forward to wait for our order and they bring out the wrong order to us first. the guy working looked flustered and confused. then he finally brought out the right order. they also forgot to give us any ketchup!! who wants whataburger fries without spicy ketchup?? how do you forget the ketchup it makes no sense, they didn’t even offer or ask. on top of everything, the wrong order being brought out to us, the sprite without any syrup in it, no lids for our drinks (?), no ketchup in our order, we get back home to find that they didn’t give us the sauce we ordered with our chicken strip meals???? how do you even forget the sauce with the chicken strip meal??? it makes zero sense!!! ruined our night. the chicken strip meals come with a sauce BY DEFAULT. HOW DO YOU MESS UP SOMETHING LIKE THAT. genuinely perplexing. horrible experience. will not be returning anytime soon… do better!!!!!
