  Visited this McDonalds a few days ago for dinner. Thankfully they have a cool hangout spot to sit down outside because the atmosphere inside was kinda off. Sitting outside just feels better than being inside dealing with heavy, negative energy and a plus is that in the area there’s a bunch of adorable seagulls that will distract you from tough times. 🙂ordered some food and right from the start the guy who attended us had somewhat of an attitude and bad vibe to him, he looked like he didn’t even want to be there and his demeanor and snarky attitude just felt unwelcoming and awkward. I understand that not everyone has a good day at times but this guy who attended us could’ve been more professional about handling things especially when dealing with customers. Immediately I felt like we were a burden to him and he was kinda weird so my partner and I made the decision to dine outside to not face the bad atmosphere. They did give us most of our food except for one item, and when I went back to mention that a young woman who I told about the order was more than sweet about it and she happily handled the situation professionally, and her vibe, demeanor, energy and personality was amazing and positive, unlike the guy who attended us. She definitely deserves a raise because she went above and beyond, and I appreciate that lots and I’ll keep that in mind if I ever want to give this particular McDonalds another chance again in the future

  This morning, heading to work around 7:30. I stopped by McDonald’s located in South Padre. I had ordered hot cakes and a order of Mc griddle sausage cheese and egg. I received nothing but the bun by itself. No egg no cheese due to the fact I needed to be at work. I sent my partner for a remake, not my money for a simple remake. They give them a simple sausage in a box still with no cheese no egg the side part they charged the sausage when the combo has sausage. I asked for a single McGriddle not the meal The employees that were working, there are named jesslyn was the cashier and Bubble was not helpful I called multiple of times. No answer. There was no rush. There was no line for silly mistake.

  Worst McDonald ever the most greediest McDonald’s I’ve Ever been to I asked for sweet-and-sour sauce instead of ketchup for my fries it’s $.32

  The night crew tonight had a GREAT sense of humor. 10/10 would give a raise to. Schedule them more. Great customer service.
