I joined my daughter on a work trip to SPI, and we dined at Gabriella’s—what a feast! The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the service was top-notch. We savored a delicious Manicotti, a fresh House Salad with Crispy Calamari, and refreshing drinks like Down by the Shore and a Piña Colada. Our waiter, Luis G., went above and beyond with attentive service that made everything perfect. Definitely a five-star outing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a pizza, and the estimated delivery time was in 50 minutes (we were about 3 min from the restaurant). 1 full hour passed before I called to make sure the restaurant got the order "Yes, we have it." ...Coooll... any idea how much longer? "It should hopefully leave within 10 minutes." Nearly another hour went by before I called again. She said it had gone out with three other orders. Super late. Not hot. No apology from the woman on the phone. Online tracker is broken; it never changed from "preparing". The delivery person apologized that it was so late.

It had been a while since I’ve been here
Let me just start by saying that I always ALWAYS had to dine in.
a few years back their was ITALIANS. As servers and the food was delicious now I’m only assuming they sold the place cause the food was not as I expected it to be
Me and my wife got the tour of Italy and my kids got the street bourbon steak .
I don’t mind throwing away money but at least make it worth it
Flavorless food and just very disappointing experience for me

The experience was a lesson. I'll never go back ordered a side of meat balls (2 out of 5) a bone or something hard was in there and chipped my tooth ruined my evening do to pain ! The Chicken Alfredo was a (2 o of 5). Calimari was a( 3 o of 5). Pizza was( 4 o out 5) . Spaghetti was( 2 o of 5). Nachos was (4 o of 5) needless to say over priced and they try to charge me 10 bucks to use my CC. And they added gratuity 49 bucks and the waitress (2 o of 5) asked me if I wanted my change back .

I was very disappointed with my experience at Gabbriella's.
From the moment we entered, only my husband was acknowledged. The hostess ignored me multiple times and came across as rude and dismissive. It took another staff member stepping in before I was finally offered assistance and a menu.
The service continued to be poor throughout our visit. When our waitress arrived, she repeatedly overlooked me when I asked for a menu and seemed to brush off my requests. As a family that does not drink alcohol, I also found it inappropriate that my 8-year-old child was handed a liquor menu.
The restaurant itself was also disappointing. The lighting was so dim that it felt like it was being used to hide the lack of cleanliness. The table where we were seated was visibly dirty and had not been properly cleaned before we arrived.
Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the experience. The spaghetti tasted like canned SpaghettiOs rather than fresh restaurant-quality pasta, and the pizza was noticeably undercooked.
Despite the poor service, unclean dining area, and disappointing food, I still left a $10 tip because I believe in treating service staff fairly. However, this was not the quality of experience I expected, and I would not choose to dine here again.
