  So we sat in the drive thru line forever trying to pick up a mobile order. Lady at the windows kept making me repeat myself 900 times (not sure if it was intentional or not) but then tells me "the tater gems don't come with a dipping sauce". So im assuming these are tater tots, so how many people do you know don't use dipping sauce for their tater tots. Smh. Try and charge 81 cents for some ranch. I get it just doing her job, hence why I didn't complain about sitting in the drive thru for much longer than usual but come on was the ranch made in outer space or by Taylor swift herself. Get away from me with that crap. Bet if I was a regular customer and not an outsider the tater gems would come with dipping sauce. Disappointed after spending 10 bucks on a grilled cheese, tater tots, and a scoop or two of ice cream. Ugh.

  We went inside to order food to go as we were driving through town. My son wanted a kids meal hamburger but they were out of small burgers which also included the hungerbuster Jr meal. The only option was to get him the full size hungerbuster which is almost double the price and without the ice cream. I then ordered the taco salad and received it without sour cream or taco sauce. When I went to ask for some the girl at the register said they charge for taco sauce! I have never been charged for packets of sauce at any restaurant! I have ordered the taco salad several times from multiple Dairy Queens and never been charged extra. I ordered a blizzard while we waited for our food and was told they were out of brownie pieces so I had to get another flavor. The cashier did ask if I would like the ice cream now or after the food and I told her now yet the ice cream didn't get made until after the food. I can understand being out of one ingredient and making it right for the customer by not charging extra for their mistake but being out of multiple things and not taking care of the customer is ridiculous.
