- EGEctor Gonzales4 days ago1.0You can wait in line for ages and feel completely ignored. The place is dirty, and the services are terrible. I still don’t understand why this place is still open. It needs to be closed down because it’s always like that, and visitors always get the worst experience.

- AAAApr 25, 20261.0The lady handing the food out was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I sure hope she wasn’t a manager because her attitude was UGLY. We got our food and asked if everything was there and she said yes and turned around, we made a mistake so wanted to upgrade our drink and she turned around and made the nastiest face to us and said “yeah the frappe” & threw her hands up at us like to chill, which we weren’t even asking about the frappe. When she came back to the window we asked if we could upgrade our OG to a Large and she said “not right now we’re busy” and walked away before we could respond. So rude of her but by the looks of the reviews we should have known this establishment is known for rude employees.

Got to curbside and waited over 50 minutes for food, never brought it out and ended up leaving with nothing at all and couldn’t get refund because it was over the app. Tried to call store they don’t even answer the phone. The last time I came just to take my kids to the play house and we got food they where losing people left and right because it was an HOUR wait! They weren’t even busy. An hour for food at a “fast food” restaurant is alittle ridiculous. But this location has consistently gone down hill.
