  Got a Lg thin and crispy and it sure was crispy! Sinton Pizza Hut always strives to make my food the best and delicious as possible!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ My wife and I decided to have dinner at Pizza Hut in Sinton because we were both busy and wanted a quick meal. Unfortunately, the customer service made what should have been a simple dinner a very unpleasant experience. As soon as we walked in, we were asked if we were picking up or dining in. After we said we were dining in, the employee helping us appeared visibly annoyed, rolled her eyes, and walked away with an obvious attitude. It immediately made us feel like we weren't welcome. We stayed anyway and ordered a Meat Marinara Pasta, wings, a personal pan pizza, and a sandwich. When our plates were brought to the table, we were told they were wet because they had just been washed. Before we had even started eating, our check was already placed on the table, making us feel rushed through our meal. The food was decent, but customer service is just as important as the food. A simple smile and a welcoming attitude would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, this visit left us disappointed, and we'll think twice before dining here again. I hope management uses this as an opportunity to improve the experience for future customers.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ My spouse and I rarely eat out, but because we were both busy, we decided to stop by Pizza Hut in Sinton for dinner. Unfortunately, it was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences we've had. When we walked in, an employee named Ariana was sweeping the floor. She asked if we were picking up or dining in. When I told her we were dining in, she grabbed her broom, rolled her eyes, made a frustrated sound, and stomped away. She later returned with menus, but her attitude made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than customers. We decided to stay because we hadn't had dinner yet. We ordered a Meat Marinara Pasta, wings, a personal pan pizza, and a sandwich. When our plates were brought to the table, Ariana told us they were wet because they had just been washed. She also placed our ticket on the table before we had even started eating, which made us feel rushed. The food was fine, but good food cannot make up for poor customer service. The entire experience left us feeling unwelcome. We rarely spend money eating out, and when we do, we expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience.

  We are not from Sinton but this Pizza hut had pizza that tasted the same as the good old days. Our local pizza hut is not a dine in service and the ingredients do not taste like they used to. The 30 minute drive is well worth it.
