  This place has went to hell in a hand basket so fast. Only a couple of the stalls work, the workers act inconvenienced, and this is after every thing has been “upgraded”

  I can not believe the restaurants in Silsbee Texas... My story goes like this we pull in to the drive through 4 vehicles here in line. I sit there for roughly 10 minutes not moving, So we decided to pull around to the stalls. We pull in and roll down the windows because I drive a diesel and I want them to hear our order. I press the button and wait while I'm having a conversation with my family. The family in the truck next to us over hears our discussion and reply to the fact they've been sitting there for roughly 25 minutes and has repressed the button 3 times and was told to be patient. He said 25 minutes I believe that I've been very patient considering that there only 3 vehicles at the stalls with order menu's & speakers. We kind of laughed think they might be exaggerating some So we sat there and we sat there a bit longer now we have been there ourselves for 10 minutes waiting for anyone to asked for or order. The family next to us was extremely mad and drove off spinning their tires. My family we all looked at each other and asked if we should consider a different place to eat. Well I said let me press the button again. Someone came across the speaker Very rude Why Can't people be patient or use our app to order food.. I explained that this is what these speakers are for and stalls. They were extremely rude and Actually said we should go elsewhere because they were Not going to serve us.. They claimed we were continuing to press the button over and over, When In fact it was the people in the truck that left spinning their tires.. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS AS A FAIMLY PLACE TO EAT NOR FOR A SINGLE, OR COUPLES. They should be fired. We drove on to Lumberton Texas to Sonic and it was a totally different experience. We told the manager there and They said that Silsbee Texas Sonic has that reputation.. So Sad that there no customer service complaint for places like this that can at the time of the problem nip it in the Butt. SILSBEE TEXAS SONIC UR FIRED

  Always take so long to even answer the call button. They need to hire new people if they cant keep up with the business of a tiny town.

  I pulled into one of the stalls to place an order for a large tea, this was before lunch and after breakfast rush. It took over 15 min for a tea, after I pushed the speaker button for the 2nd time to ask if perhaps they forgot then was brought the tea. For almost 4.00 for a tea you would think service could be quicker

  I come here often because I love sonic but this past month this location has forgotten my food multiple times I mean I can count five times no over exaggeration ive got witness each time ! How does such a lovely place fail so bad so much …if you’re an employee reading this get a grip man I feel you fast food ain’t easy but bruhhhh how you forget so much
