  I absolutely love coming here. The staff is always friendly, food hot and delicious, and times low. I love when I come in and see Courtney as well. She's the absolute sweetest!

  Not my 1st review for this location - however this time I'm appalled. Not only did we wait at curbside 15 minutes PAST the timeframe given (total of 25mins) but had to go in for it. Waiting at the counter - ignored, then to my surprise I'm literally getting "talked about" . Yea, no one else in the bldg and the male shift lead behind the counter pointing and saying "What's this ******* here for? Shopping at Whataburger?" 😦 Eventually got the order and half was missing. (No surprise) So distraught and flabbergasted - just left. Knowing the treatment given inside would have escalated if gone in to "fix" the order again. People - ordering out isn't cheap, getting anywhere near consistent service at this location is a shot in the dark. We shouldn't be paying 60$ for 4 meals , only getting half and the other half cold. Also, I have to call when sitting at curbside for nearly 20+ minutes only to be told , " Oh we don't even have you on the board as curbside" What? Moments later the order comes out? But you didn't have my order?? I am so confused, where was my order listed?? I noticed management has changed, but everything has stayed the same. Hire competent employees Shift leads that lead!!!

  SOO SLOW.. Love whataburger’s food but this is an insanely slow location. Have stopped twice now when they weren’t busy and both times had to wait 20 mins for food. Makes no sense. A sitdown restaurant is faster. They also hand you drinks that haven’t been wiped down and are dripping with soda. Great way to make your cup holders sticky. Will completely avoid this location moving forward

  Been here about 5 times, multiple complaints about the food quality, wait times, management, etc. With their corporate, got a 1500 bonus points, what a joke. This has to be the most dysfunctional whataburger ever. Whataburger you just got put to the end of the line, I'll do 5 guys, in/out, braums over you whenever I have the choice. Do yourself a favor avoid this whataburger, or you'll regret, trust me.

  I stopped by expecting the usual quick meal, but the service was painfully slow. It took nearly an eternity l from ordering to getting my food, even though the place wasn’t packed. Only a couple of people were ahead of me, yet the staff seemed overwhelmed or just moving at a snail’s pace. The food itself was average—nothing special, nothing terrible—but by the time it arrived it was lukewarm. For a place that markets itself as fast food, the wait completely defeats the purpose. Cleanliness was fine and the workers were polite, but politeness doesn’t make up for the lack of speed. I won’t be rushing back. If you’re in a hurry, go somewhere else.
