Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. - MRMars Rae4 days ago1.0Everytime I come here somethings not right or forgotten. Today was just awesome. Ordered 2 #2s and a cinnamon roll. Pretty easy. Was told soon after paying to go to the VIP parking spot even though there was only 1 car pulling up behind. Cool. Trip #1 to the car wasnt what I ordered. She took it back. Trip #2 to the car I was asked did I order this or this? I said neither and told her my order. She said it was given to another customer and they'll remake it. Trip #3 to my car I still didnt get my complete order. I shouldn't have to go in after 3 failed attempts just to get the food I pay for. Maybe hire something other than a warm body with a headset whataburger.

I ordered on the app 10 minutes before arriving at the restaurant and my friends ordered at the counter. The friends got their food first and mine came out shortly after!

I have never had such indifference, total lack of customer interaction (they ignored us for almost 15 mins), and food that was just one step above 24 hr gas station fare. The burger, that you HAD to order thru the kiosk as no one would wait on me, was cold, the bun was stale and it had things on it that I don't care to eat on my burger. The kiosk will not let you make a Whataburger to your liking, they will only try and add more cost to your bill. The manager on duty was so busy that he carried one of two drinks, that a patron had purchased, out to their car? The tables were dirty, everything took too long and by the time it was served everything was cold, fries, burger, onion rings, everything. If it doesn't change by the next time I come, I will go to the other one on the north side of town!
