  I got my food home and it was wrong and cold. It's sad these fast food places don't care if they do their job right. Sonic truly sucks.

  me and my wife ordered from here last night around 11:10 and I received food poisoning after eating the footlong chili cheese dog. i will NOT be coming back to this location.

  Went there at 9:30 on a Thursday and sat at a stall for 5 minutes after pressing the button. After no answer, I went to the drive-thru, again no answer. I drove up to the window to place my order and saw three employees talking and no one came to the window so I left. Terrible customer service.

  Super slow. Ordered before I got here still waited over 20 minutes for ONLY DRINKS. sonic service has gone severely down hill.

  Hi, my name is Isaiah. I love you guys shakes. So let me tell you about my visit to your Sonic in Sherman Texas on Highway 75 by Cinemark. I parked and I ordered right away turns out the system is broken that's fine the lady came out, and I gave her my simple order. I waited 10 minutes never paid for the shake never got a confirmation and they never came back outside while people around kept getting their food and leaving I was stuck just waiting. I am not mad just highly irritated to be left and forgotten. And maybe they were busy and I was just being impatient or they were bottlenecked and I fell through the cracks totally understandable. This was just a frustrating experience.
