  Firat time eating Papa Johns in years, but won't again. I ordered some cheesesticks (13 dollars for a 12 inch which is insane...its an appetizer lol), and they were so thin, mostly bread and not much cheese, and I feel not worth the price at all. The garlic breadsticks we got were ok. For how expensive the food is, the quality should be alot better.

  manager cursing outside the establishment... telling customer to call corporate she doesn't give a S&$t... totally unprofessional and not very family friendly if you have small children

  We had horrible service seems like the manager just doesn’t care my pizza was cooked wrong and when I asked if they could fix it she rolled her eyes and said I guess. Customer service just isn’t around anymore do better please

  I stopped going to Papa John’s years ago because of their poor quality of service and food. They were once my favorite (I had an entire pizza delivered to me after I gave birth) but after paying for less than ok pizza, I stopped. I had a craving so I decided to stop by to place an order. I didn’t even make it inside because the manager was screaming and cursing a customer who was trying to get another “loyal f’n customer’s” insurance information after she had damaged their car. As a manager, if she couldn’t handle this situation without cursing and screaming across the parking lot, I had no faith in the food.

  A worker named Preston gave the BEST spinach Alfredo pizza I’ve ever had, and the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time 10/10 will be back.
