After several minutes I finally just ordered on the app. When I asked for a cup for water they blank face stared and ignored me. When I received my food it had one single avocado slice, no greens, different bread than I ordered and no ask about what I’d like to substitute with. Overall one of the worst Panera bread’s I’ve been to, and I go once a week or more.

I placed a mobile order for drive through pickup and she snapped at me saying she had no order for me and that I needed to go inside to see when they had it ready. I said it was a drive through order and she told me I needed to go inside to pick it up because she couldn’t see my order on her screen. What is the point of offering drive through pick up if I will have to go inside to pick it up anyway? Hire new staff. This was extremely unprofessional.
- DSDave SandersonApr 9, 20261.0I did an online order pick up through the drive-thru. Two orders of chicken noodle soup with a half turkey sandwich and a side of bread. Neither turkey sandwich half had any turkey on it, just veggies and bread. Then we also were not given the side of bread either. Literally 2/3 of the order screwed up. When I called to have it resolved, I was told that I’d have to come back to the store for a resolution which would be to remake it. When I explained it would be a 25 minute round trip, I was told that there was nothing else they could do. Extremely poor service and I feel like I got scammed. Recommend staying away because they can’t even handle making a turkey sandwich. Who knows what they’re doing with the more complicated items.
